Biography
Michael Gordon is a Partner at Foreman Friedman, located in their Miami, Florida office. Mike has extensive experience as trial counsel in numerous complex civil litigation matters, including products liability, general liability, catastrophic trucking accidents, medical malpractice, admiralty, and construction defects. He has also successfully represented insurers in various insurance related litigation and coverage matters, including the representation of insurers with regard to coverage issues that frequently arise in construction defect lawsuits. In this regard, Mike has litigated many cases at the request of insurers where third parties have sought additional insured coverage under CGL policies in connection with construction defect lawsuits.
Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida in 1995, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in 1998.
Mike was listed as one of South Florida’s best attorneys in South Florida’s Legal Guide. He has also been listed in Florida’s Super Lawyers and in Florida Trend Magazine’s “Florida Legal Elite.”
In addition to being an active member of CLM, Mike is also a member of the American Bar Association, Forum on Construction Law.
