Joseph Gebara

Biography

Joe Gebara’s practice focuses on the representation of international insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation, including commercial property, professional liability, general liability, directors and officers, marine and energy, and reinsurance disputes.  He also represents professionals including lawyers, accountants, engineers, real estate brokers and insurance agents in defense of professional liability claims.Mr. Gebara practiced law in California for over 15 years, and for six years served as In-House Counsel for a Lloyd’s managing agent, advising company management on US and international law involving claims litigation, underwriting, and legal issues affecting the London insurance market.Mr. Gebara joined the Fields Howell law firm in Atlanta, Georgia in 2013.  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of California, State Bar of Arizona, and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
