Biography
Will is a partner at Starnes Davis Florie LLP. His litigation practice involves professional medical liability, long-term care and nursing home liability, commercial litigation, and general personal-injury litigation. Will has tried multiple cases to a verdict. Will is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been named a "Rising Star" for the State of Alabama Mid-South Super Lawyers. He has also been named a "Litigation Star" by Benchmark Litigation.
Will is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A.) and the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., LL.M.). He is a member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club (Crippled Children’s Foundation) and serves on the Board of PreSchool Partners, a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing children with quality preschool education.
