Felicia McDonnell

Biography

Felicia is a Litigation Supervisor on the Costco program for Gallagher Bassett.  Prior to her current position at Gallagher Bassett, Felicia served as the Client Services Director at George Hills Company, coordinating internal efforts with their client's business goals and needs. Prior to her position at George Hills, Felicia was responsible for the management and implementation of Quality Assurance activities at Carl Warren & Company, ensuring that claims handling was consistent with corporate policies, procedures and "Best Practices." This role included oversight of Auto, Product, General Liability and Public Entity claims. Prior to this position, Felicia was responsible for the oversight and management of several National Accounts programs, overseeing a team of managers and adjusters handling general liability, product liability, auto and property claims. In that role, her responsibilities included reviewing and preparing files for outside auditors as well as conducting her own internal claim file audits to ensure both parties were aligned. She also trained adjusters on claims handling techniques and supervisors on how to build solid and cohesive teams. Felicia was also integral in retaining several large clients due to her communication skills and expertise in effective claims management. Her teams consistently exceeded "best practices” in audit results which ultimately led to her role in Quality Assurance. 
Felicia has over 24 years of experience in the insurance and claims industry. In October 2014, Felicia obtained her CLMP (Certified Litigation Management Professional) designation through CLM at Columbia Law School.
