Biography
I began my insurance career in 1986 as a front line claims adjuster and was quickly drawn to the investigative aspects of the role, in particular, fraud detection. Two years later, I pursued my passion for fraud detection and investigation in becoming a full time SIU Investigator.Over the years, I have worked my way up through the ranks of Supervision, Regional Management and Executive oversight of SIU operations in various Property and Casualty environments.I am a frequent guest lecturer and panel participant at various fraud training events, including but not limited to IASIU (National and Local), New Jersey Special Investigators Association, NJ Vehicle Theft Investigators Association, and the Association of Premium Auditors. I am a past President of the NJ Vehicle Theft Investigators Association and recipient of the NJ Special Investigators Association Achievement Award (2011) and Investigator of the Year Award (2007).I am currently the Vice President, Claims Shared Services, Selective Insurance, responsible for the SIU, Subrogation, Claims Compliance, and Claims Quality Assurance programs.
