Paul Frank is a 30 year risk/insurance industry verteran. Previously Paul was with Geico, The Hartford and OccuSure. Currently he is the Senior Risk Manager for Delek US. Delek is an energy company specializing in petroleum refining, asphalt, renewable fuels, pipelines, innovation and transportation. Their refining operations are strategically located in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas, and Krotz Springs, Louisiana, with a combined capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Paul is also responsible for government affairs.
