Biography
Renee is Director of Claims Compliance and Quality for Assurant Specialty Property Claims. A licensed adjuster for 10 years, she's managed field adjusters in south Florida and Georgia and served as claim manager in the Atlanta office and catastrophe manager. Prior to joining ASP, she spent 14 years with Canada Life in their US office managing disability claims and agency licensing and compensation for their life and health operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ga Tech and an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance from Ga State. Professional designations include Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI); Associate of Life and Health Claims (ALHC); Associate, Customer Service (ACS); Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA)
