Audrey L. Shields

Biography

Audrey L. Shields is currently a Shareholder of Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Boylan & Garubo, P.C., and concentrates her practice in Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, and General Liability litigation in New Jersey.  She represents major insurance companies, insurance agents and brokers, and self-insured entities in the defense of coverage disputes, errors and omissions claims, bad faith litigation, and other insurance related issues.  Ms. Shields has handled a variety of professional liability claims against insurance agents and brokers and also handles general liability claims including personal injury actions, automobile liability, property damage, premises liability, liquor liability, construction defect, and warranty litigation.
Ms. Shields has been admitted on a pro hac basis for cases in Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Arkansas, Texas, and the Southern District of Mississippi.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Somerset County Bar Association. Audrey is a member of the Insurance Bad Faith Committee for Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), and she is the Regional Associate for the Northeast Region for the Women’s Construction Litigation Alliance (WCLA).
