Biography

Jill E. Daly, Esq. is the Senior Vice President, Claims for Tokio Marine HCC - Cyber & Professional Lines and Public Risk Groups. .  She presently oversees the handling of claims nationwide on the following lines of business: Employment Practices Liability; Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers Liability; Miscellaneous Professional Liability; Cyber Liability; Lawyers Professional Liability and Municipal Liability package policies.  Jill first joined the Claims Department in May 2006.  In addition to managing the Claims Department, Jill works closely with the various underwriting divisions to enhance current policy forms and develop new products. Prior to joining HCC, Ms. Daly practiced with a civil litigation firm in White Plains, New York, where she focused mainly on product liability defense for both foreign and domestic manufacturers.  She also handled a variety of matters involving subrogation, coverage and general insurance defense. Ms. Daly earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Boston College and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law - Newark.  She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
