Biography
Mollie L. Hines is Vice-President of Legal and In-House Counsel for Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® (OBE), which employs over 5000 people and is a division of CRH, plc. Ms. Hines joined OBE in 1988 and is based in Dallas, Texas. She is responsible for managing a variety of areas including legal affairs, risk management, regulatory compliance and insurance matters. In addition, Ms. Hines is a real estate broker and owns a property management company with her husband.
Ms. Hines received her Bachelor of Arts from the Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, a Masters of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, an MBA from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, and her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Ft. Worth, Texas. She has also studied in Galata, Greece. She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Bruce.
