Tina Pecuszok

Biography

Tina Taylor Pecuszok is a Trial Attorney with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company where she specializes in construction defect, insurance defense, fire loss, products liability, trucking law, consumer law claims, and complex commercial litigation in the central and southwestern areas of the State of Ohio. She is a member of the Construction Defect committee of the Defense Research Institute and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and currently serves as the Ohio State Bar Association Chairperson to the Insurance Staff Counsel Committee. In 2013 she was named The American Lawyer Corporate Counsel Top Rated Lawyer in Insurance Law & Coverage. Ms. Pecuszok is a Martindale Hubbell AV rated attorney, a Martindale Hubbell Preeminent Attorney, and a Preeminent Woman Lawyer. Ms. Pecuszok is also licensed in the State of Oklahoma, District of Columbia, and Maryland as well as various Federal Courts.
