Biography

Kelly Ingram Mitchell, MPT, CEAS, President of Unify Health Services holds a Masters in Physical Therapy and has over 17 years experience in injury management, and return to work program management. She previously has served as Executive Director overseeing financial and clinical operations of a national therapy provider network and 23 outpatient therapy centers located in Florida.Ms Mitchell has developed payor and employer specific prevention and rehab programs including onsite therapy, ergonomic assessments, and injury management. She has developed a FCE Certified Training Course and has trained hundreds of physical and occupational therapists nationwide to administer and understand the methodologies of Functional Capacity Evaluations.She has consulted with national and regional employers in RTW and Injury Management. Employers include: Seaboard Marine, Harley Davidson, Toledo Public Schools, Kaiser Permanente, Great Lakes Dock & Dredging, Dura, AOL, Volvo, Ping, Rayonier, City of Jacksonville, Haven Hospice, and Federal and governmental agencies. Additionally, Ms. Mitchell has consulted with business partners internationally in England and Australia.Ms Mitchell is an adjunct professor at UNF and a member of  APTA. She has been the invited speaker for major insurance carriers, employers, and industry related organizations locally, regionally, and nationally.
