Biography
Rodney Lynch Is the Atlanta Claim Manager and a Vice President in Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation, a part of the General Reinsurance Group and the Berkshire Hathaway Family of Companies. Prior to joining Genesis in 1990, he was the Director of Self Insured Accounts at AI Transport for the Insurance Company of Pennsylvania and New Hampshire Insurance Company. He has been involved in high profile claims involving reinsurance, excess and umbrella contracts. Several have been featured on major news networks such as the Tyler Clementi suicide, the Dr. Edward Friedland case featured on Dateline and the Susan Rodriquez case where the first female US Border Patrol Agent was killed in action. His claim background has involved coverages for liability, workers compensation and property.
