Biography
Dawn E. Alderucci, Assistant Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for the Private Commercial Claims Unit of XL Professional, is responsible for the management and oversight of handling employment practice liability, fiduciary liability and complex directors and officers liability claims. In addition to her claim responsibilities, Dawn also supports the underwriting units of XL Professional by endorsement and policy drafting and provides general counsel as issues arise in the business unit. Prior to joining XL in 2010, Dawn was in private practice at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C., where she focused her practice in the areas of employment litigation and healthcare and human services. Ms. Alderucci is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
