Biography

JOHN J. MALONE is a Senior Environmental Attorney/Examiner with Global Indemnity Group, Inc., located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Mr. Malone focuses in the areas of environmental claims and toxic torts. He has handled insurance claims and managed litigation for over 25 years. His work in the insurance industry follows over a decade of extensive and diverse litigation practice. Presently, Mr. Malone manages complex cases and claims throughout the United States, including claims involving asbestos, benzene and lead, mass tort claims, and legacy oil cases. He also has significant experience in litigating and managing claims involving the World Trade Center. Mr. Malone earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law.
