Biography
Angela Newsome is Vice President, Director of Field Operations at Federated Insurance Company. She oversees the auto and liability operations, specializing in handling highly complex claims involving validity of coverage, large liability exposures and litigation matters for Federated’s commercial policyholders. She has over 19 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry and currently oversees 8 service offices across the country.
Angela graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing. She is a certified arbitrator with Arbitration Forums, Inc. and holds the designation of a Senior Claim Law Associate; Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter; Associate in Claims; Associate Reinsurance Administration; Associate, Customer Service; and Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional.
