Biography

Tarush R. Anand is a Shareholder at Brown Sims in Houston, handling complex litigation and high-stakes disputes. With nearly two decades of courtroom experience, he represents clients across construction, energy, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and transportation.

Tarush has tried over a dozen cases to verdict, secured emergency injunctive relief in state and federal courts, and argued appeals before multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals. His work has established favorable precedent on issues of first impression. He handles disputes involving breach of contract, business fraud, construction defects, employment matters, mass torts, product liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful-death claims.
