Biography
Matthew Diamond is an Associate Claims Executive with the management liability program claims group for Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance, located in Hartford, CT. He handles EPLI and D&O claims against healthcare and managed care entities, insurance agents and adjusters E&O claims, and community association D&O claims, nationwide. Prior to joining Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance in October 2015, Mr. Diamond was a Claims Examiner for the specialty division of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies where he handled EPLI claims and not-for-profit D&O claims. Prior to joining Chubb, he worked in municipal government in Rhode Island.
Mr. Diamond is Juris Doctor Candidate at the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT. He is the Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Public Administration degrees from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
