Gracemarie is the Director of Auto Claims at Arch Insurance Group overseeing the transition of Auto claim handling to in house.  An award-winning insurance claims executive with more than 14 years of experience leading complex, high-severity claims operations across auto, general liability, professional liability, property, and cyber lines. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, improving claim outcomes through strong coverage and litigation strategy, and modernizing claims capabilities through process improvement, analytics, and technology transformation. A trusted partner to underwriting, legal, compliance, actuarial, and broker stakeholders, she brings a proven ability to strengthen operational performance, reduce loss severity, and deliver scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.
