Biography
Lynn serves as Vice President and Manager of Special Claims at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Special Claims comprises claims arising from Construction Defect, construction site accidents (such as New York Labor Law), Energy, Intellectual Property, Advertising Injury, Class Actions, Agent Errors & Omissions and other specialty-type claims. Prior to this position, Lynn served as in-house coverage counsel for Liberty Mutual’ s Complex and Emerging Risk Claims organization. In her private practice, Lynn concentrated on insurance coverage issues, the defense of architects & engineers and general business litigation.
