Biography
Kitty Lynch is the Commercial Claims Manager for NJM Insurance. She works in Corporate office of NJM which is located in West Trenton, NJ. Kitty graduated from the University of Delaware and started her claims career as an adjuster trainee shortly upon graduation. She has been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years and the majority of that time has been with Insurance Carriers although she did work for a TPA (Third Party Administrator) for a short period of time. Kitty has completed a number of industry designations including her CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), SCLA (Senior Claim Law Associate) and the ACP (Advanced Claims Professional through CLM).
When not glued to her desk keeping up on the latest Court decisions impacting the insurance industry, Kitty enjoys traveling (she has been to all but 7 states in the US), rooting for her favorite sports teams and is an avid moviegoer. She enjoys attending Industry conferences and sees their value in providing insight and understanding to the unique and ever changing challenges of being a Claims professional.
