Dr. Cynthia Garbrecht, VP Cargo Claims, Roanoke Insurance Group Inc.
Cyndee Garbrecht has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Cyndee Garbrecht graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, a Masters in Management and has earned the title of Doctor through attending the Doctor of Management program. Cyndee has worked for American Family and Safeco Insurance as a claim adjuster and a subrogation adjuster. Currently she is the Vice President of Cargo Claims for Roanoke Claim Services, overseeing a team of claim adjusters handling various transportation type claims such as shipper’s interest, NVOCC legal liability, air legal liability, warehouse all risk and liability, bailee, contingent and contractual liability, General Average, Errors and Omissions. Cyndee’s Philosophy is that she subscribes to a set of principles and beliefs which she embraces as her core values in business. As a customer service oriented person, she values assisting and educating customers Her key attributes and values are leadership, integrity and accountability.
