Biography
Wendy Wiebalk currently serves as the Litigation Manager for both the Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund and the Public Entity Joint Insurance funds, both captives of NIP Group, Woodbridge, NJ. Prior to accepting her current position, Wendy practiced law for over 20 years and has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. During her litigation career, she tried more than 50 cases to verdict on a broad range of causes of action including professional malpractice, toxic torts, election law, automobile negligence and premises liability.
