Biography
Jacob A. Moreno is currently the VP of Claims at Qualitas Insurance Company. A licensed Texas attorney, Jacob has 20 years of experience and education in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Qualitas, Jacob was the Major Case Unit Manager with Amerisure. Past positions include a claims manager with an insurance broker, a claims manager with a TPA, as well as various claims and litigation specilist positions with commercial carriers.
Jacob received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, his JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and his LL.M. (Masters of Law) in Insurance Law at Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law.
