Biography
Jacob A. Moreno is Director of Claims - Litigaiton with Ally. A licensed Texas attorney, Jacob has 20 years of experience and education in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Ally, Jacob was VP of Claims at Qualitas Insurance company and the Major Case Unit Manager with Amerisure. Past positions include a claims manager with an insurance broker, a claims manager with a TPA, as well as various claims and litigation specilist positions with commercial carriers.
Jacob received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, his JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and his LL.M. (Masters of Law) in Insurance Law at Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law.
