Biography
Tamara Ashjian - Claims Manager, Cyber Claims- NAS Insurance Services. Tamara Ashjian is a Claims Manager in the Cyber Claims department at NAS Insurance Services, a provider of a broad range of specialty insurance products, including but not limited to cyber liability, technology E&O, professional liability, miscellaneous E&O, miscellaneous medical malpractice, and tenant discrimination insurance. Prior to joining NAS Insurance Services, Ms. Ashjian was a Vice President at Ironshore Insurance, where she managed the west coast claims unit for Ironshore Environmental. Those responsibilities included leading and managing claims resulting from environmental incidents, including pollution and construction issues, as well as professional, property and casualty liabilities. Ms. Ashjian earned her BA from UCLA and her JD from Whittier Law School. She is a member of the State Bars of California and New York. Prior to joining Ironshore in 2010, Ms. Ashjian worked as Vice President of Claims Services for AIG/Chartis Insurance’s Los Angeles Region, serving as a liaison between clients, brokers, underwriters and all claims offices. Ms. Ashjian started her insurance career in 2004, when she joined AIG. Prior to joining AIG, she worked as a litigation attorney at several law firms in California and New York.
