Biography
Gabriel A. Kotch began working for the Holiday Inn Club Vacations/Orange Lake Resorts group in December 2005 as its corporate counsel, the same role he holds today. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, Mr. Kotch began his legal career as a litigator for two large, well-known law firms where he handled primarily premises liability and complex commercial litigation. While Mr. Kotch’s practice now covers a wide and diverse range of complex issues, a large portion of that practice is dedicated to litigation and risk management. Mr. Kotch earned his Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 1999 and continued on to receive his Juris Doctor in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Kotch was a senior editor on the Florida Law Review and clerked for Judge William Wagner, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Florida. Mr. Kotch is an active member of both the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations. Holiday Inn Club Vacations/Orange Lake Resorts owns and manages multiple resorts throughout the United States, consisting of over 4,000 timeshare and hotel units as well as a variety of geographically unique amenities.
