Biography
Jonathan Goodman is Executive Counsel, Risk and Property Divestitures with GE Global Operations, Environment, Health & Safety in Fairfield, Connecticut. He has been with General Electric Company since August 2005. He is responsible for insurance law issues at GE Corporate, including advice on the terms and structure of GE’s global insurance programs, oversight of significant insured litigation and management of insurance coverage claims and disputes, as well as managing divestitures and EH&S risk with respect to GE’s underutilized properties. Mr. Goodman speaks often on insurance issues and is an adviser for ALI’s Principles of the Law of Liability Insurance.
