Biography
Kellene McMillan is currently the AVP-Complex Legal and Casualty Claims at EMC Insurance Companies, leading a team of complex specialists with the company's most serious injury claims, the Claims Legal Team, and EMC's in-house Coverage Team. Prior to this position, she was EMC's Claims Legal Counsel and Claims Superintendent who directly handled complex coverage and extra-contractual claims in multiple lines of business, providing coverage advice on first-party and third-party coverage issues to branch offices and corporate office claims. She has a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry with a focus on the handling of complex, coverage, and extra-contractual litigation and litigation management issues. Kellene is an AV rated, California insurance coverage litigator who defended insurance carriers in coverage and extra-contractual litigation involving commercial property and liability insurance.
