Biography

Amelia is a Claim Supervisor in Chubb’s Multinational Claims group, overseeing a team of claims handlers on claims of varying complexities and exposures.  Prior to moving into the supervisory role, Amelia handled complex claims in various venues throughout the country and around the world with a focus on large exposures. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Amelia practiced law for over ten years. Her practice focused on litigation and e-discovery, representing corporations in various types of lawsuits including product liability, white collar criminal and environmental claims. Her responsibilities also included supervising and training contract attorneys reviewing materials for complex litigated matters.
Amelia graduated from Emory University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in both International Studies and French Studies, and in 2002 received a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University. She is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania.
