Biography
Matt Ross is a Claim Director for the Cyber/Technology/Media unit at CNA and is based in Austin, Texas. Matt joined CNA in 2009 as a Claim Specialist in the Lawyers’ Professional Liability claim unit and has held a variety of positions since then including Claim Consultant in which he has extensive background in handling Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims, First and Third-Party Cyber, Technology E&O, Privacy Injury, and Media claims. Matt transitioned to his current role in 2016 where he manages a high-volume claim team with adjusters located all over the country.
