Biography
DeShaune Williams is a 1992 graduate of The University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics, and a 2000 graduate of Pepperdine University with a Masters of Business Administration degree. Mr. Williams has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry working as a claims professional and manager for several of the largest insurance carriers in the United States. Mr. Williams proficiency spans multiple areas of the insurance including transportation, construction defect and general liability exposures. Throughout his insurance industry career, Mr. Williams has developed a strong knowledge of the claims handling process and the importance of effective communication between carriers, TPAs, counsels and independent claims adjusting firms and their claims support vendors.
