Biography
Alisa Hofmann is the Vice President, Workers' Compensation and Medicare Practices at Arcadia Settlements Group and a member of the Business Development Team. Alisa has over 25 years of claims experience, including managing, and directing Workers' Compensation claims prior to coming to Arcadia Settlements Group in 2019.
At Arcadia, Alisa is responsible for relationship management, working closely with the corporate team, consultants, and clients to optimize Arcadia's ability to provide structured settlement services, including expertise in Workers' Compensation and Medicare.
Alisa authored and presented several Continuing Education Courses and has been a panel presenter at many Insurance Industry conferences and served as a Claims Committee member for the GA Insolvency Pool from 2013-2019. Alisa has led many teams to success over the years with various P&C carriers, mitigating overall expenses by driving proactive resolution processes and initiatives. She has handled and overseen claims and claim professionals-nationally.
Previously, Alisa held roles with various national insurance carriers. Prior to joining Arcadia, she held a national leadership role at the corporate headquarters of Nationwide Insurance Group as Director of Workers' Compensation. Alisa is well versed in Workers' Compensation practices and Medicare. She specializes in complex large loss management, reserving, and resolution practices.
