Biography
David Shoaff began his career in the workers’ compensation field with Travelers Insurance in Sunrise, Florida. Shoaff later accepted a position with Office Depot, eventually being promoted to the role of Workers’ Compensation Manager. After serving as Office Depot’s Workers’ Compensation Manager, Shoaff spent seven years as the SE Regional Workers’ Compensation Manager for a national company. In January of 2013, he returned to Office Depot as their Claims Manager. Following Red Lobster’s split from Darden Restaurants in mid-2014, David joined Red Lobster as their national Manager of Claims. In his current role, Shoaff is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the risk management process.
