Biography
Daniel S. Jahnsen is a founding partner of the firm of Bolan Jahnsen Dacey, a firm serving New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. Mr. Jahnsen concentrates his practice on civil litigation before the State and Federal benches and he has conducted better than 250 jury trials to verdict. Over the past twenty years his firm has handled wide ranging exposures primarily on behalf of domestic and international insurers and self-insureds. In addition to jury trials, he has handled insurance coverages litigation, mediation of complex litigation, and binding arbitration of reinsurance disputes and determination of disability benefits for professional athletes. He has participated in numerous appellate decisions involving issues of negligence, evidence, civil trial practice, and constitutional rights. He attended Seton Hall University, University of London; is a graduate of Seton Hall School of Law and attended Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and Dispute Mediation.
