Penny Hamilton

Biography

Penny Hamilton is the Director, Complex Claims at James River Insurance Co.  She graduated in 1987 from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  During her 25+ years in claims, she had acquired multi-state, multi-line experience in the administration of Property and Casualty claims. Her experience is in all areas of litigation management and includes personal lines auto and general liability, commercial auto and general liability, products liability, and professional liability. Penny began working for James River Insurance Co. in 2023.  Previously, she worked at PMA Management Corporation as a Litigation Specialist and was promoted to Assistant Claims Manager and then Claims Manager.  Prior to joining PMA, she was as a Litigation Specialist at Selective Insurance Company.  She has her AIC and SCLA designations and holds Adjuster Licenses in multiple states.
