Biography
As a Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Claims at IMA, Donna is leading the effort to reimagine Claims Consulting for the future, along with a talented team of claims professionals providing risk management and claims advocacy services for clients in all lines of business. Donna has over 30 years of insurance experience, with an extensive claims background in personal and commercial lines and unique expertise in construction operations, construction defect and insurance coverage. Before joining IMA in 2021, Donna led the claims practice for the Mountain West Series of Lockton Companies and spent over a decade with The Travelers Companies, a Fortune 100 property and casualty insurance carrier, overseeing complex claims and subrogation, providing coverage advice and managing coverage litigation involving construction claims.
