Biography
Paul manages a group of six claims professionals within the Construction Claims Group for Axa XL. Paul is based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Axa XL in 2015, Paul spent 14 years at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. Paul has 15 years of domestic and international claim handling experience, including construction, general & products liability, subrogation and toxic tort claim experience as well as reinsurance dispute resolution experience. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University at Long Beach and his Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University. Additionally, Paul has obtained numerous insurance designations, including the ARe, ARM, CPCU, CRIS & SCLA designations.
