Biography

I am a highly experienced litigation and complex liability claims manager. I lead my units to administer claims in a hands-on and proactive manner focusing on cost effective and creative resolutions. My units achieve quality results by applying creative and unique claim handling strategies, litigation management strategies and core administration principles. I am proficient in litigation management including the administration of panel counsel and creation of litigation management strategies, protocols and guidelines. I built a group designed to implement and ensure the implementation of the guidelines. I am highly knowledgeable in specialize claims and have created units whose purpose is the management of specialty claims including environmental mass tort and construction defect. I am a leader who strengthens and inspires his direct reports to accomplish shared goals. I shape the organization’s values, promote the organization’s values, protect the organization’s values and exemplify the organization’s values.
