Biography
Bob McNemar, Vice President @ Swiss Re. Bob received his BS degree in Public Relations from West Virginia University and a Law Degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.
During his career he has worked as a regional claims manager for a primary insurer – all lines, a client claims executive for a national broker and as risk manager for a company with an international presence. His experience includes workers compensation, products liability, environmental & toxic torts, general casualty claims, and property.
Bob joined Swiss Re (ERC) in May 1999 as Excess Workers Compensation Claims Counsel, moved into the role of Team Leader External Audit in 2001 and joined the P&C Re Claims Team in 2004. In 2015 he transferred to Swiss Re's Toronto office managing Canadian property, auto and general casualty claims.
