Biography
Steve Figliuolo is a graduate from Stetson University, and has been working in the insurance industry since 2005.
Steve started his career as a Claims Examiner, handling workers compensation claims for various employers. Steve spent a brief stint as a licensed Private Investigator and Account Executive for a regional company where he focused on the needs of his many customers – ranging from surveillance, to fraud investigations, to field work, and sales. Steve presented CEU classes as he became a certified teacher in multiple states throughout the Southeast.
In 2015 Steve took on the Client Performance Manager role at Sedgwick for Chick-fil-A, where he was responsible for the claim-based outcomes of the Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability programs for Chick-fil-A.
In 2017 Steve joined Chick-fil-A directly, and is now the Principal Program Lead of Claims, where he currently oversees the casualty, property, and additional claims programs.
Steve also completed his Associate in Risk Management, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and Associate in Claims designations from The Institutes Risk & Insurance.
