Biography
Tom is a lawyer, admitted to practice in Minnesota in 1979, and in Illinois in 1997. He was a civil litigator with experience at both the trial and appellate levels. He represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has mediated countless cases as a party representative or as the neutral, and has served as an arbitrator in personal injury actions as well. He left private practice in 1995 to join General Growth Properties, Inc., where he served as the Vice President for Risk Management until 2002. Tom is currently the Senior Vice President for Risk Management and Human Resources at Federal Building Services, Inc.
