Biography
Jill Mercer is an attorney in the Litigation and Employment Department at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio. She specializes in managing complex commercial bad faith litigation against the company throughout the country, which includes property, casualty, and Agribusiness claims, as well as agent litigation. She has over 15 years of litigation experience, which includes defending multiple jury trials to verdict and appellate arguments. Jill is currently serving as President of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Jill has been a member of CLM since 2015.
