Biography

Larry Gosewisch is a senior partner at Adler, Murphy & McQuillen LLP. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, advising clients in strategies to mitigate risks of litigation and vigorously defending their interests when litigation becomes inevitable. Larry is frequently called upon to defend architects, engineers, surveyors, and other construction and design professionals against claims of professional negligence.
 
Larry has extensive experience defending a variety of other professionals including real estate brokers, agents, property managers, and appraisers. He also represents employers before the Illinois Human Rights Commission and the EEOC and credit reporting agencies facing litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Larry has experience representing voluntary boards and associations, including condominium boards and boards of charitable foundations.
 
Larry has tried bench and jury trials in both state and federal court and has argued before many appellate courts. Larry is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation and Construction, the Chicago Association of Conflict Resolution, and the Chicago Bar Association.
