Biography
Dan Brunson is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary's Atlanta office and serves as the firm’s Director of Legal Operations. Dan is a former insurance legal and claims executive. He previously served as Director of Complex Litigation at AIG Personal Lines Claims, AVP of Litigation at The General/ American Family Direct, and most recently as Chief Legal Officer at American Access Casualty Company. He holds both the Certified Claims Professional and Advanced Claims Professional designations from The CLM (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance). He serves as Co-Chair of CLM’s Extra-Contractual Committee. He is an Executive Council member and instructor for the CLM Claims College School of Litigation Management and an instructor for the School of Extra-Contractual Claims.
