Biography
Prior to returning to private practice in 2002, I served as Vice President of Litigation Management for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. In this position, I was responsible for a Staff Counsel Program composed of over 400 attorneys and support staff located in 41 cities in the United States. I also advised claims management on the selection and retention of outside counsel.
I am currently the Managing Member of a Firm specializing in Personal Injury Defense, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation. The Firm also has expertise in Employment Law. We focus on litigation avoidance, providing immediate advice and counsel to employers. If needed, however, we have significant trial experience in all areas of Employment Law.
In addition to insurance carriers, the Firm client base is composed of automobile and truck dealers, non-profit corporations, senior living facilities and hospice.
The Firm services all Georgia Counties and is admitted in all three Federal District Courts in the State.
