Biography

Lynn Moran, MBA, ACC, BCC is a Professional and Board Certified Coach.  She is also the Designer and lead Trainer/Mentor of the “Stepping Into Your Leadership Power™ Retreat Boot Camp which is focused on developing the leadership competencies of women executives/ entrepreneurs so that they are fully empowered to move into CEO and senior level positions.  Lynn is currently the CEO of Sonoran Life Transition and Performance Coaching and Co-Owner of Arizona Coaching and Consulting. Center.  She is an Authentic Leader, experienced business executive and Business Advisor. Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge through her own history of success. Her her rise from an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to President of Ethel M Chocolates and member of the Executive Team of Masterfoods (a Mars, Inc. company), was not by accident. Lynn has proven that with optimal performance and talent development you can impact leaders, teams and companies in a way that is professionally, as well as, personally rewarding.  Lynn has received numerous leadership awards including Most Influential Businesswomen in Southern Arizona, The Fairleigh Dickinson University PINNACLE Award, Centenary College 125 Distinguished Alumni Award, and Mars Tie Club, the highest recognition given by the Company.  While President of Ethel M, Lynn founded the “Feed Your Mind” literacy program which funded books for children to encourage a love of reading. In addition to Leadership and Executive Coaching and Consulting, she provides inspirational speaker topics and expertly facilitates meetings and workshops on subjects as diverse as Performance Leadership, Effectively Managing Conflict, Managing Diverse and Challenging Environments, and other popular business and leadership topics. Examples of companies where Lynn has done training and presentations are as diverse as Kellogg's, Charles Schwab, RSC Rental, Republic Services and Intel. She presently serves her community through fund raising initiatives and is a Board Member of the Arizona Women’s Leadership Forum and President of the Centenary College President’s Circle.
