Biography
As an accomplished senior claims executive and insurance defense litigator, Ronna has built a strong foundation for her current role as Chief Executive officer of the CLM. For over 30 years, she has led teams and amassed a wealth of knowledge in legal, regulatory, compliance, claims, strategic initiatives, and operational transformations. Ronna is passionate about serving the vibrant CLM community and advancing claims and litigation management. She is committed to understanding members’ needs and enhancing the value of the CLM through innovative, future-focused solutions that meet the changing demands of the industry.
Ronna is also regarded an industry thought leader and actively involved in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, the Association of Corporate Counsel and various bar associations. She is also a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
