Biography
Giulio Zanolla is a mediator focusing on the resolution of civil and commercial disputes. His mediation work includes cases involving insurance coverage issues in connection with Directors and Officers liability, employment disputes, professional malpractice, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, as well as litigation relating to intellectual property rights, antitrust actions and contractual disputes. Mr. Zanolla has gained a highly sophisticated understanding of the mediation process, civil litigation, insurance coverage and negotiation strategies, in over twelve years of experience including working alongside preeminent mediator Hon. Daniel Weinstein (ret.), practicing as coverage and litigation counsel with the D&O Coverage & Litigation group of a national law firm, and as international counsel for European clients in cross-borders transactions. Mr. Zanolla holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a JD from the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma (Italy). He is a panelist with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, and he is admitted to practice law in New York, as well as before the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
