Maggie James

Biography

Maggie James is the Medicare Compliance Manager for Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. ( "GB"), a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., in Itasca, Illinois. GB is a leading Third Party Claims Administrator serving customers in the administration of workers compensation, property and casualty lines of coverage in the US and around the world.
Mrs. James is well versed in all areas of Medicare compliance; MSP and MIR reporting requirements, and MSCC certified.  
Mrs. James is currently a member of The National Alliance of Medicare Set Aside Professionals,  The Medicare Advocacy Recovery Coalition (MARC) and holds both MSCC and CMSP designations.
Mrs. James has been in the industry since 2008 having previously worked for ExamWorks and Franco Signor.
