Biography

Kimberly E. Lorenz is a Shareholder with the law firm of Fisher Rushmer, P.A. She joined this talented team of Trial Attorneys after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and has spent over 10 years representing national retail, hospitality and entertainment clients as well as fraternal organizations, individuals and small businesses throughout the state of Florida. Her practice focuses on defending premises liability, auto, personal injury, minor settlements, negligent security, and commercial matters. She takes pride in providing efficient, effective and aggressive representation from pre-suit strategy through jury trial, and in being the go-to for her clients' questions, risk assessments, employee incidentresponse seminars and post-loss analysis to better protect them from future loss and claims.Kimberly has been recognized in 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2015 by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and one of Florida’s Top Young Lawyers. She has served on the board of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and is also a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers’ Section of the Orange County Bar. Kimberly has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for children involved in dependency cases in each year of her practice.
